How to shop? 

When you find an item that interests you, place it in your shopping cart by clicking add to cart button from shopping area.

How to view shopping cart?

View the items in your shopping bag by clicking View Cart button on the top. While viewing your shopping cart, you can change the quantity to be purchased. Simply enter the new quantity desired. Click the Update button to re-totals the amount. Changing the quantity to zero, will put the item back on the shelf or just click back button that will take you back to the page you were on before viewing your shopping cart.

How to complete the order?

When you have completed your shopping and wish to purchase the item, go to the check out counter by clicking the Check Out button. Fill out a customer information form that including credit card information, phone number, and mailing information. When you are done with order form, just click on the payment through Authorize.net button. We will charge on your credit card for your purchases. The data you have submitted is reviewed for completeness and you will get a receipt via e-mail.

Is it secure to order through your site?

Yes! You can order confidently - Our site is secure. We've taken precaution to protect any personal information sent to us over the internet including credit card information.

How do I pay?

We gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express Cards. We also accept cashier's check or money order via mail

When will my credit card be charged?

 

When you order through our shopping cart or over the phone, you will be charged in full when you place the order.

How my package will be shipped?

Most our products are shipped by via UPS Ground (United Parcel Service). Larger products are deliver via trucking companies.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Normally, you should receive your goods within 1 to 2 weeks. However, if that item is not in our stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please also check on product page for the lead-time. We can speed up on stock items via UPS Next Day Air, or 2nd Day Air or 3 days select for an additional charges.
